How it works

You decide how far we work together.

Start with a discussion of your business and priorities. A paid review gives you a detailed action plan. You then choose whether to implement with your own team or engage further support.

  1. 01

    Initial discussion

We discuss your business and priorities. You decide whether to continue.

  2. 02

Agree and complete the paid review

We confirm scope and fees, assess the relevant areas and prepare your detailed report.

  3. 03

    Decide how to implement

Request a separate implementation quotation or make the changes with your own team.

  4. 04

    Optional paid follow-up

Review the changes made by your team, the evidence of progress and any remaining gaps.

Clear scope. Clear choices.

Each paid stage is agreed in advance.

The business review covers assessment, analysis and a detailed report. Any implementation project or follow-up review is a separate engagement, with its own scope and fee.

Preparing for the first discussion

Tell me what your business does, what is taking up your attention and what you would like to work better. You do not need to choose a service before getting in touch.

Please keep the initial enquiry brief and avoid sending confidential financial records or sensitive personal information through the website form.

Questions before getting started.

What happens after I enquire?

We arrange an initial discussion about your business and priorities. You then decide whether to proceed with a paid business review. Scope and fees are agreed before paid work starts.

Can my team implement the action plan?

Yes. You can make the changes with your own team. If you want Cornell to review the improvements later, that is a separate paid Follow-up Implementation Review.

Can you help us implement the recommendations?

Yes, where agreed. Cornell can provide a separate quotation for a focused Implementation Support project with defined responsibilities, deliverables, timing and completion criteria.

How are fees agreed?

Fees depend on the scope of each engagement. Paid work begins only after its scope and fees have been agreed.

Is a business review a statutory audit?

No. It is an advisory assessment of agreed business areas and practical improvement priorities.

Are results guaranteed?

The report explains expected benefits, assumptions and information gaps. Outcomes depend on the changes implemented and the conditions affecting the business.
